If you find a lessor priced pole barn, it is not created equal to ours. Take note it is not the same quality lumber or metal, also using less material to construct. IT MIGHT LOOK LIKE A BARN BUT NOT THE SAME. You want a building to look good and last and built tough, you'll purchase our standard pole barn kit.
We do not cut corners just to make our prices look good in our kits to our customers. This is what most do that are our competition! We have great prices ,we are a wholesaler.

Only the best quality, better and more material is standard in our barns. We can offer you the same lessor in material against our competition, if you provide a material sheet. We will quote apples to apples in material, we will still beat them!
Final note: We do not recommend lessor material in pole barns, we recommend building the very best barn from the start that has been proven to last since 1973. Our standard pole barn kit has been proven to LAST!
All kits include a 50 year warranty Laminated post Amish manufactured, not a treated 4x6 or 6x6. With these laminated post, they are straighter, stronger, lighter than a solid post that will save you cost and time during construction. No twisting, warping, splitting, for easier framing and provides a near perfect corner in the finishing process.
We roll form our metal, offering standard g-rib in all kits, optional standing seam, optional metal shingles and optional easy shake for that custom look.
Our standard paint is [AkzoNobel] or [Valspar XL] on 29 gauge steel g-rib and optional 26gauge standing seam metal. The warranty is 40 years on our metal. Made in house, our certified trusses are standard 4 foot on center 8 foot on center post, double row treated tongue groove bottom board for concrete. #2 premium lumber purlins and girts.
All barn kits include bubble R3 moisture barrier in the roof, all screws, all nails, all cookies and 1 bag of sackrete for every post hole. Everything that is needed to install a quality Amish barn you will get in our kit. You will also get truss spec sheet, post layout prints and basic instructions needed on how to assemble the barn. Full prints can be purchased if needed.
